All the patio furniture and the barbecue is included in the price, plus one of the blue beach chairs. Sorry to say, one of these had to be binned after the photo was taken.

You can see the door to the twin bedroom, the kitchen area, the side of the dresser, long storage cupboard where the ironing board, mop/bucket etc are stored. The gas fire has proved useful early in the morning in April! The table is partly on castors and there are two stools.

Besides an electric kettle, there is a toaster and coffee maker. All the crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment and utensils are included in the price. In the lounge seating, you can see the two holes used to pull out the small extra sleeping area. Note that there is plenty of storage in the 'van.

This shows the table and stools. The lounge is a long window plus two side windows and double doors. It is spacious and can provide extra sleeping space. Storage is overhead and some under the seating.

There is a paddling pool as well, glimpsed at mid left hand side. The pool is kept very clean.

The lounge area has the double doors plus two windows on the other side and the large picture window. It is light and airy with plenty of seating, storage and table and stools. It has a gas fire for shilly evenings in spring. Now has new nets and nice blue curtains.

There is plenty of space at both ends of the caravan before the hedging and next caravan. This is the lounge end and shows some of the outdoor furniture.
